Product Description
The Varroc 5769 is a high-grade stator assembly that converts mechanical energy from the engine’s rotation into electrical energy. This unit is built for the Single-Phase AC system, typically found on models manufactured before the widespread shift to 3-phase systems in the mid-2010s.
Crafted with high-purity copper windings and premium insulation, the coil plate is designed to resist the “short-circuiting” often caused by engine oil sludge and high operating temperatures. It includes the Pulsar/Pick-up Coil, which sends the vital timing signal to the CDI/TCI unit to trigger the spark plug. The assembly comes pre-wired with OE-spec high-temperature cabling and the correct 4-wire or 2-wire coupler configuration (depending on the specific production year) for a seamless fit.
Key Features:
-
OE Genuine Quality: Manufactured by Varroc, the same brand that supplies factory-installed electricals for Royal Enfield.
-
High-Purity Copper Windings: Ensures maximum current generation and minimal heat buildup, preventing coil burn-out.
-
Integrated Pick-up Coil: Includes the pulsar coil necessary for engine timing and smooth firing.
-
Oil-Resistant Insulation: The specialized coating on the wires and coils is designed to live inside the engine’s primary cover, fully submerged in hot engine oil.
-
Stable Charging: Engineered to work perfectly with the Single-Phase RR Unit (SAP-0788) to provide a steady 14V charge to the battery.
