- We accept return up to 3 days .
- We deliver your ordered products within 5-7 working days. (Manufacturing related items like seat may take 2-3 days extra for delivery).
- Your items must be unused and in the same condition as you received with the tag attached also inside the original packaging
- Whenever you get a parcel, always make a short video of unboxing the parcel in order to be applicable for any returns in case of a damaged product.
- The sale/offer price items are not applicable for any kind of return.
- Refunds will only be applicable for the wrong/damaged orders from our end.
- If approved we’ll provide a replacement for the damaged product within 7 days (we’ll deliver the product within 7 days).
- If all above conditions follow and you are applicable for a return then you must apply for the same through the website within 24hrs from the delivery time.
- Non- Returnable products are out of any type of refunds.
- In the event, you receive a damaged /defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with our team through by:- Sending an email at “enfieldandactiva@gmail.com”.
- The electronic items and electronic parts are not returnable.
- In case of return ,do make a video while packing the products.
- While returning the package, make sure the products are repacked properly and it does not transit as we shall not be liable for return /refund in case product got damage.
- After the part is received, inspected and approved by our team , it will take 1 day for refund to initiate.
- After refund process starts, it usually takes up to 5-7 working days for refund amount to show up in your bank account.
