Product Description
The Varroc 5767 is the heart of your motorcycle’s charging system. It is specifically designed for the 3-Phase AC systemused in modern UCE engines (typically from 2010 to 2021). This stator is responsible for generating the current needed to charge the battery while simultaneously providing the “timing pulse” via the integrated pick-up coil to tell the TCI unit exactly when to fire the spark plug.
Unlike cheaper local alternatives, Varroc uses high-grade, oil-resistant enameled copper for the windings. Since this part lives inside the left-hand engine cover and is constantly bathed in hot engine oil, the insulation is formulated to prevent “coil burning” or short-circuits. The assembly comes with the complete wiring harness and the correct multi-pin coupler for a “no-cut” installation.
Key Features:
-
OE Genuine Component: Manufactured by Varroc, the primary supplier for Royal Enfield’s factory electricals.
-
Integrated Pulsar/Pick-up Coil: Includes the precision sensor required for engine timing and smooth firing.
-
Superior Thermal Resistance: Built to withstand constant immersion in hot engine oil (up to 180°C) without insulation failure.
-
Stable 3-Phase Output: Optimized to work with the 3-Phase Regulator Rectifier (RR Unit) to ensure your battery stays charged even with high-wattage headlights.
-
Vibration-Dampened Base: The heavy-duty base plate is designed to resist the mechanical resonance of the 350cc thumper, preventing wire fatigue.
