Product Description
Prevent engine oil consumption and excessive exhaust smoke with the Genuine Royal Enfield Valve Stem Seal Kit. This essential OEM component (Part No: KLF00001/B) is designed to fit the valve guides of Royal Enfield Unit Construction Engines (UCE), including both 350cc and 500cc variants.
While often associated with “Old Model” UCE bikes (pre-J-Series), these seals are a critical update for maintaining the top-end health of your engine. The kit typically includes two valve stem seals (one for the inlet and one for the exhaust valve). These seals are manufactured from high-temperature resistant Viton or specialized rubber compounds to ensure a tight seal around the valve stems, preventing oil from leaking into the combustion chamber. Replacing these seals during a top-end overhaul or if your bike is “burning oil” can significantly improve fuel efficiency and reduce carbon buildup on the piston crown.
