Installation
Professional installation by an experienced motorcycle mechanic is recommended.
Before installation:
- Check the bend-pipe/header and silencer inlet compatibility.
- Check the mounting bracket alignment.
- Use the appropriate mounting bush/adaptor where required.
- Ensure adequate clearance from the tyre, frame, foot controls and other components.
- Tighten all mounting hardware properly.
- Check the exhaust joint for leakage after installation.
Do not force-fit the silencer if the inlet diameter or mounting points do not match.
