Product Description
The 141990 Push Rod Kit is the original OEM solution for restoring the timing and valvetrain efficiency of vintage Royal Enfield motorcycles. Over years of operation, push rods can develop wear at the tips or slightly bend, leading to excessive “tappet noise” (clattering), loss of compression, and poor throttle response.
This kit includes both the Inlet and Exhaust push rods, specifically manufactured from high-tensile steel to resist bending under thermal stress. The ends are precision-hardened to minimize friction where they meet the lifters and rocker arms. Using this genuine kit ensures your engine retains its iconic “thump” while maintaining factory-spec valve lift.
