The 593020/B Flanged Hex Bolt is a critical OEM component designed to manage the high torque and vibrations characteristic of Royal Enfield’s long-stroke engines. This is an extra-long (288mm) through-bolt that passes through the frame brackets and engine crankcase to ensure structural rigidity.
Manufactured from Grade 8.8 high-tensile steel, it features an integrated flange at the head which acts as a built-in washer. This design distributes the clamping load more evenly across the frame, reducing the risk of stress fractures and preventing the bolt from loosening over time. It is finished with a zinc-iron (ZnFe) coating to provide excellent resistance against rust and road grime.
