Product Description
The 144981/B O-Ring is a specialized seal found in the fuel injection circuit. It is most commonly used to seal the Bearing Cap or internal EFI components on 500cc Royal Enfield motorcycles. Because EFI systems rely on precise pressure and air-fuel ratios, even a minor degradation of this O-ring can cause “jerking” at low speeds, poor idling, or a “Check Engine” light.
As a genuine OEM part, it is manufactured from an oil-and-fuel-resistant elastomer that maintains its shape under high thermal stress. It is a “critical fit” part, meaning using a generic hardware-store O-ring can lead to improper seating and subsequent fuel leaks.
