Product Description
The 144464 Clutch Rod Pad is the interface that sits at the very tip of the clutch actuating rod, between the rod and the clutch lifting piece. Its primary role is to prevent direct metal-to-metal contact between the rotating clutch assembly and the stationary pushrod.
Manufactured to Royal Enfield’s strict OEM specifications, this pad is designed to withstand high pressure and constant friction. Using a worn or non-genuine pad can lead to a “sticky” clutch lever, poor gear shifts, and premature wear on the expensive clutch lifting mechanism. This is an essential small part for anyone performing a clutch overhaul or troubleshooting shifting issues on a classic 4-speed or 5-speed Bullet.
