Installation

Professional installation is recommended.

During installation:

  1. Position the leg guard on the designated J-Series mounting points.
  2. Check alignment with the motorcycle frame/engine mounting locations.
  3. Install the supplied mounting hardware.
  4. Tighten all fasteners evenly.
  5. Check clearance from the engine, exhaust, foot controls and other moving components.
  6. Recheck all mounting bolts after the first few rides.

Do not modify the motorcycle frame or force the leg guard into position if the mounting points do not align correctly.

Important Note

This is an aftermarket SILMAN leg guard/crash guard and is not a Royal Enfield Genuine OEM accessory.

A leg guard can provide an additional protective structure but cannot guarantee prevention of damage or injury in every accident or crash. Proper installation and regular inspection of mounting bolts are recommended.

  • Claims for “Damage in Transit” or “Missing Parts” will not be processed without a clear, unedited unboxing video.

5. Shipping & Reverse Pickup Rules

  • Our Error: Free reverse pickup is provided only if the mistake is on our side (Wrong item sent or Damage in transit).

  • Customer Error: If a replacement is requested due to a customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong model), the customer is responsible for both return and forward shipping charges.
